Rene Culler, MFA is an artist, educator, writer, and Fulbright Senior Research Scholar (Korea, 2012).
She was the founder and the Glass Program Coordinator at the University of South Alabama in Mobile Al, from 2010-2017. She had operated a private studio in Cleveland, Ohio for 15 years in addition to teaching international and national workshops in Glass. Culler is the author of “Glass Art from the Kiln.”
Rene Culler’s work in glass can be found in the permanent collections of the American Museum of Art, the Smithsonian, on permanent display at the Luce Center, Washington DC, the Corning Museum of Glass, the Mobile Museum of Art, the National Museum of Glass; Spain, the Glass Furnace, Istanbul and Namseoul University, South Korea.
Nationwide collections include, the Cleveland Clinic, Robert Woods Johnson Hospital, University Hospital of Cleveland, OH, and ForestCity Enterprises, among many libraries, hospitals, surgical centers, law and HR offices, and private collections.
